A graphic plaid spreads playfully across the surface of this cozy cowl in two sizes (petite/tall). This stranded colorwork project pairs a strong natural gray for the foreground shapes with a bright gradient yarn that provides shifting background colors in just one skein. Colors may be reversed to create softer, less distinct foreground shapes. Use soft, lofty yarns that will bloom easily for a final result with a consistent surface.
Sample is petite size and knit in Kent DK, color Tide Pool (Gray), with Feederbrook Farms Entropy in Sweet Corn, a custom gradient offered exclusively to Pairings 2018 club members.
Suggested Yarn:
Stone Soup DK, Better Breakfast DK, Kent DK
