Virtual Maryland Sheep & Wool Show 2020

While the physical MDSW 2020 show may have been canceled due to Covid-19, the worldwide virtual event is ready to launch!

And if there's one good thing that has come out of this stay-home order, it's that knitting and fiber fans who normally don't have the option to attend, now get to meet some of the fabulous vendors (and visitors) that are go every year.

MDSW has set up a lively MDSW Community Group on Facebook for everyone to interact, and it is hoppin'! 

Naturally, Bare Naked Wools and Knitspot are participating in this huge virtual fiber event.

We've got several fun things planned, including live talks with knit designer and founder, Anne Hanson...

Design giveaways every day of the event (5/1-5/3) on our Instagram and Facebook page...(email subscribers will all be entered for the grand prize).

As well as plenty of exclusive show discounts like:

Of course, you're more than welcome to shop any of the knitwear patterns and natural yarns online (and apply the discounts), but we've decided to focus on a few special ones for the show.

Design giveaways will happen on both our Facebook and Instagram pages with all the details for entering and getting extra chances to win in the message. We plan to post them at 7am ET and they'll close at 10pm ET with the winner announced the next day. 

Rather than give away a knitting pattern that we choose, we're letting you pick your favorite from our huge portfolio of designs.

Hopefully, the tech mojo will be with us, because we'll be trying our hand at live streaming from our Knitspot Facebook page.

Anne will be there to answer your questions, chat, and tell you all about the luscious natural yarns you can get your hands on. We'll also be giving you a closer look at the design samples that showcase them, so mark your calenders to log on, this happens at 5pm Friday and 6pm Saturday, ET.
